Ergo – Character

Ergo – Driving Data Culture needed to improve internal communication and internal marketing, especially due to high staff turnover.

We created a unique character that would be used exclusively in Ergo ‘s internal communications. This character became a central figure for improving communication and employee engagement, and an effective spokesperson for conveying the company’s values and culture in a creative and entertaining way. It helped communicate Ergo ‘s internal policies and benefits more effectively. The character fostered interaction and a sense of belonging among employees, resulting in a more positive and engaged work environment. Thanks to its strategic use, Ergo was able to improve its work climate and reduce employee turnover, which in turn contributed to a more stable and committed work environment.
